What’s our financial policy?

At Hays Roofing and Siding we offer free estimates with no obligations. If you choose Hays Roofing and Siding for your project, half of the estimate is due at the time of service, with the remaining balance due at the completion of the project.

If a balance has not been collected within 60 days of the completion of a project, a person will be subject to a collection agency and a lien will be placed on the property.

When a project is started, there is an agreement to this financial policy.

If there is any expected or potential difficulties with making financial obligations, this should be verbalized prior to the start of a project and Hays Roofing and Siding can help direct a client toward a reliable credit union and/or financial facility for assistance if the project still needs to be completed.

Do you offer warrant on your workmanship?

At Hays Roofing and Siding we offer a five year workmanship warranty to all of our customers. If you have an issue or concern with the outcome of your project, don’t hesitate to let a representative at Hays Roofing and Siding know!
